Join our rapidly expanding agency whose mission is to provide ABA services to families in western Washington State, including traditionally underserved rural/remote communities in SW Washington State!

BASICS NW provides effective, evidence-based behavioral intervention services through Applied Behavior Analysis to families and their children with autism in western Washington State. We are seeking to add clinical supervisors (BCBA-D, BCBA, BCaBA certificants) to our growing practice either through relocation to one of our SW Washington communities, or through telebehavioral health remote case supervision services.

We provide children and adolescents with learning, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges, their families, and other pertinent team members with highly effective tools to improve quality of life for children.

The successful Clinical Supervisor candidate must be a currently certificated Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, capable of fulfilling the following responsibilities:

✓ Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans

✓ Conduct skills assessments, and delegate as needed and appropriate

Provide case supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

✓ Review data and report on progress per funding source requirements

✓ Parent/Staff training as assigned

✓ Establish and maintain positive relations with families, school professionals and clients

✓ Participate in community autism coalitions and community-based service teams to assist in the development and expansion of local supports necessary for community integration of clients

✓ Attend bi-monthly clinical and/or administrative meetings

✓ Other duties as assigned

 

Regional Coordinators: (Recruiting for Mason, Pacific, and Clark Counties)

 Ability to oversee and maintain a satellite clinic location and local team of Behavior Technicians with the support of an administrative team located at the primary hub

Telebehavioral Health Providers:

✓ Ability to travel 1 week per quarter to rural/remote locations to conduct live, on-

site assessments of clients for treatment updates

✓ Travel stipend and expenses covered by the agency

Requirements for Candidates:

Education/Certification:

✓ Professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Experience:

✓ Collaborative, team-oriented practitioner with the ability to build strong relationships with        community partners

✓ Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments and functional behavior assessments

✓ Experience in goal development and report writing

✓ Knowledge and understanding of developmentally appropriate practices

✓ Strong written and oral expression, to include report and letter writing, program  description, presentations at IEPs, IFSPs, school staff trainings and regional/national conferences

✓ Strong leadership and managerial skills

✓ Good organizational skills

✓ Ability to manage time effectively
