The Basics NW day program is a 12-week intensive ABA treatment program for children under 6 years old offered at our Bellevue clinic Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a licensed Speech Language Pathologist will assess each child accepted into the 12-week program. The BCBA and SLP will develop goals as appropriate for each child in areas such as:
·      Communication
·      Play Skills
·      Learning Readiness Skills
·      Adaptive and Daily Living Skills
·      Social Interaction
·      Positive Behavior Support Plans for reduction of challenging behavior
During the 12-week program, children will work on their goals with trained behavioral therapists at a 1:1 ratio and under the supervision of a BCBA. Children will have the opportunity to work on their goals through individual therapy, play, and small and large group activities designed to create multiple opportunities for each goal. Each child will receive speech therapy services with the SLP once per week.
Parent Training:
During the 12-week program, parents and caregivers will receive parent training each week through a combination of group-format trainings, BCBA-guided observation, and individual training with the supervising BCBA.
Coordination of Care:
The supervising BCBA and SLP will coordinate with current treatment providers and providers that are scheduled to begin working with the child following completion of the 12-week program.

Treatment is currently available across all regions for patients with availability between the hours of 8 a.m – 4 p.m. (AM or PM), M-F!
