Clinical Supervisor

Erica Edwards is a Clinical Supervisor serving the Lewis County region. She began working at Basics NW in 2014 as a Behavior Technician, where she discovered and fell in love with ABA and the impact it can make in the lives of the children and families we serve. She spent the next three years at Basics NW working as a Lead Behavior Technician, pursuing her graduate degree, and gaining valuable experience from her Clinical Supervisors. In 2017, she was awarded an MS of Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis and obtained BCBA certification.

Erica was born and raised in the Lacey area. She was an accomplished athlete at Northwest Christian High School and went on to play collegiate volleyball at Saint Martin’s University. Erica still enjoys competing in local volleyball and basketball tournaments. She also enjoys music – playing guitar, piano, and singing. Erica desires to continue to make a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents with ASD and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis.
