Clinical Supervisor

Melena began her career serving children with disabilities as a special education teacher and then a developmental preschool teacher. She received her Masters of Education degree from the University of Washington Tacoma and made a career change in 2013 and began her work in ABA as a behavior technician, and then behavior specialist.  Melena continued in this line of work, obtaining her Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in 2016. Melena has worked in a variety of settings, including home, group home, and clinic. She has also worked with a variety of ages from early intervention to teen and adult services.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and new daughter, born in February of 2017.
