While living in New York City, I began my studies as a speech language pathologist after taking a linguistics class and falling in love with language. In graduate school, I became increasingly passionate about helping individuals with special needs. I relished running social skills groups for children with autism in the school clinic. Today, my clinical experience includes working with individuals across the lifespan with varying disabilities.
