As a Clinical Supervisor for BASICS NW, Pierce County, my experience includes reducing challenging behaviors and teaching in the natural environment. What I enjoy most about my work is supporting families and clients as they learn new or more effective methods of communication. After earning my Masters of Education, I made a career change in 2013 to start working in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2016, I obtained my Board Certification and joined the BASICS NW team in 2017.
